Homeopathic Remedies
A few homeopathic remedies that you could try are listed below.
If you have severe symptoms then do visit your doctor. If you wish to use homeopathy for long-standing issues it is recommended that you go to a registered homeopath (such as myself) because it is likely that you will need that level of knowledge and experience to support your recovery effectively.
Aconite: Great for a shock and ailments from strong emotions, fear, anxiety and worry. If you find yourself trembling after a shock, Aconite will soothe you quite quickly.
Ignatia: Well known as a grief remedy after the death of a loved one. If you need this remedy you will be trying to control waves of tears and feel shattered inside and perhaps be sighing a lot.
Pulsatilla: This is a lovely remedy for young children, and adults who feel abandoned for some reason. You might feel clingy and tearful and want to be with someone all the time.
Staphysagria: For you if you are feeling trampled over emotionally. Probably you haven’t been able to tell the violator how you feel, which makes the feelings all the stronger. This remedy will give you stronger boundaries and allow you to feel more centred and able to express your true feelings rationally.
Stramonium: A person who needs Stramonium may be fearful of a previous violent event happening again, may not want to be alone and could struggle to sleep due to fear.
Generally 30c potency is a good starting point and you can take one every half an hour in extreme circumstances. It is best to take one and wait until the effect wears off before repeating, if necessary.
Bio-resonance
This is not self-help but I thought it worth mentioning here that my clients with e-Pendants often get in touch for me to provide support at times such as this. Subject to myself and the equipment being available I can run a session then and there and provide some relief for the exact issues that are being experienced.
This can be very powerful. Get in touch to find out more.
